It is a privilege for the college and its surrounding areas that Sports Authority of India (SAI) is taking many measures for the upliftment of sports in Zirakpur. One such step is the establishment of SAI Extension Center at Dashemsh Khalsa College, Zirakpur for Judo. Mrs. Tejinder Kaur is the main coach of international repute. The aim of this center is talent scouting at micro level and nurturing talent towards excellence.
Students between the age group of 10-18 can avail this facility free of cost and can take training on regular basis in the college campus itself. SAI also provides sports kit, honorarium and other facilities to selected candidates.
